Director of Public Affairs
The Kensa Group
As the Director of Public Affairs you will form part of the senior management team, helping to form and deliver the company’s strategy and business plans. Working closely with the Senior Leadership team, you will be responsible for coordinating the best possible legislative outcomes and environment for ground source heat pumps to become the mainstream technology, principally encouraging the mass adoption of networked ground source heat pumps for new build and larger scale retrofit projects.
This location of this role is flexible, dependent on the right candidate. A willingness to travel (typically to London) is expected due to the nature of the role. Closing date 30/9/22.

Engineer R&D (Graduate)
Kensa Heat Pumps
You will work as part of the Research and Development team to design, test and develop new and existing Kensa heat pumps.
This role will be based at Kensa offices in Truro, with some home working permitted dependent on the requirements of the department.

You will work as part of the R&D Test Team to test and develop new and existing Kensa heat pumps, bringing in fresh ideas you will ensure we maintain and expand our cutting-edge products through rigorous and thorough testing to regulatory requirements.
This role will be based at our Kensa offices in Truro.

Public Affairs Executive

The Public Affairs Executive will embrace and support the formation of a brand new, influential function within Kensa, dedicated to seeding, nurturing and securing validation and the best possible legislative outcomes and environment for ground source heat pumps to become the UKs mainstream heating and cooling technology.
This role could be based at Kensa offices in Truro or Exeter. Potential for hybrid home working. Remote working considered for the right candidate. Closing date 30/9/22. 1st Interviews week of 10/10/22.
